Privacy notice

IT4GP collects only the information needed to confirm service reports, deliver requested alerts, verify vendor representatives and secure authorised accounts. This may include your name, work email, work phone, organisation, selected services, report notes and security audit records.

How information is used

We use this information to operate the status service, confirm submissions, send alerts, verify company ownership, manage access, prevent abuse and investigate security or operational incidents. Do not submit patient, clinical, payment or customer record information.

Cookies and local storage

Signed-in areas use strictly necessary session and security cookies. The public site stores your first-visit disclaimer acknowledgement locally in your browser. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. See the cookie policy for names, purposes and durations.

Storage and disclosure

Information is stored in access-controlled systems and may be processed by our hosting, email and security providers solely to operate this service. We do not sell personal information. Public status pages do not display reporter or subscriber identities.

Retention and choices

Confirmed reports are normally retained for up to 365 days. Email delivery events are normally retained for 90 days and security/audit records for up to two years. You can unsubscribe or change alert preferences at any time. Contact IT4GP to request access, correction or deletion where applicable.
