Our method
How we determine a status
Automated checks
Where possible, we check public services from separate networks. These checks do not use patient or clinical data.
Reports from practices
A report only counts after the sender confirms it by email. We count each reporter once.
This site is a troubleshooting aid and cannot guarantee that a service is available. “No broader issue detected” means our current checks and reports have not found a widespread problem.
For service providers
Represent a company listed here?
Verified vendor teams can publish manual incidents and maintenance, automate updates through our API, request changes to official status or maintenance-page monitoring, manage authorised users and review their activity.
IT4GP verifies company ownership and retains final approval over access, service assignments and monitoring-source changes.
